You get paid after an item gets sold. You can track your sold items in the “My Items” section under “My Account.” Once the item’s return period is over, it automatically moves to the “Payment Ready” section, where you can request payment.
Payments requested between the 1st and 15th of the month will be credited to your account by the 5th of the next month. Payments requested between the 16th and 31st of the month will reflect by the 20th of the next month (business days only).
Payments are processed via bank transfer to the account details provided in your profile. You can view and update your bank details anytime in your “My Account” section.
Once payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with transaction details.
